This is the latest updated Q7 Values Map. Each Star on the Map represents a composite of the Q7 respondent’s motivational values, essentially identifying the person’s preferred organizational culture. Collectiver Q7 calculates the star coordinates using the Schwartz Theory of Basic Values, a direct descendant of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.
The relative locations of the team members’ stars indicate the team’s internal alignment and potential to succeed.
